Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee on Phonelint Desktop. If it does not do what this site says it does, email hello@phonelint.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and you will be refunded. You do not need to justify the request.
How to request one
Email hello@phonelint.com with the order number from your receipt. Refunds are issued through the platform you bought from — Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy or Selar — and the money returns by your original payment method. Processing time is set by that platform and your bank, typically a few working days.
You may also request the refund directly through the platform you purchased from, if it offers that.
What happens to your licence
A refunded licence key is revoked and stops working. Please delete your copy of the software.
The Source + Commercial Licence
This product is not refundable once you have downloaded it. It delivers the complete source code, the numbering-plan databases and the right to rebrand and resell, all in a single download. There is no way to return any of that, so the sale is final from the moment the file is transferred.
If you have bought it but not yet downloaded it, email us and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
Please evaluate before you buy. The free checker on this site runs the same engine, the demo video shows the application working on a real one-million-row list, and the full feature and file list is on the product page. If anything is unclear, email hello@phonelint.com before purchasing and we will answer honestly — including telling you if it is not right for you.
Before you ask for a refund
If something is not working, it is often quick to fix — a Windows security prompt, a missing data file, or a licence key that has not arrived yet. Email us first and we will try to solve it. If we cannot, you get your money back.
